Request Contract
Thanks for requesting a contract!

You will be emailed instructions for the next steps, but here is a brief overview of the process:

  • Our contracts manager will send you the Sales & Purchase Agreement for you to sign.
  • The agreement will then be sent to the vendor to sign, and we will date it.
  • Your due diligence period starts the first working day after the agreement is fully signed & dated.
  • Once the due diligence period is over, you will go unconditional on the contract.

Your real estate agent will guide you through this process so make sure you keep in touch with them.
