You will be emailed instructions for the next steps, but here is a brief overview of the process:

  Our contracts manager will send you the Sales & Purchase Agreement for you to sign.
• 
  The agreement will then be sent to the vendor to sign, and we will date it.
• 
  Your due diligence period starts the first working day after the agreement is fully signed & dated.
• 
  Once the due diligence period is over, you will go unconditional on the contract.
